- Driving a Sales Target for a particular vertical such as Corporates
- Achieving Quarterly & Yearly Top Line & Bottom Line Targets
- Maintaining Customer database in terms on Contract Expiry / Renewal. New & Renewal Services Quote submission to the customer.
- Negotiating on renewal contracts. Managing Accounts receivables from customers for Services invoices Service Sales like, AMC, Resources, FM, MIT, Project magt, Project consultancy etc.
- System Integration Services & AMC Sales involving Voice & Data Network Solutions.
- Interacting with internal Order execution, Logistics, Finance & Customer Support for Project Management & Order Execution
- Managing Accounts receivables from customer for Sales invoices.
- Sales and Business Development for the System Integration Business for the Particular Region, with particular focus on the Geography.
- Preferred : 1. Nortel Voice,Data and Convergence Solutions 2. Predictive Dialer Solutions of Aspect and Genesys 3. Recording Solutions of Verint 4. Juniper LAN and WAN Products
- Should have good presentation & customer handling skills.
- Should have handled high value services deal of around 10Mn and above
